What does int vision on my rx mean, does my PD change between reading glasses and far vision glasses?
I jotted down notes the last time I ordered glasses and slightly confused now over two things 1 for reading glasses I add 2.00 to the first numbers and 1.00 for INT? it might be computer lenses I'm just thrown by the INT. 2 The pd was excellent for my last glasses computer distance it was 72 but that was the PD for the distant lenses I was measured for, my notes say subtract 3 for NV, that's where I'm confused I had ordered computer distance lenses and reading glasses so if 3 is for near vision what was the number for the computer lenses.

Could wearing others' vision glasses give me dizziness?
I went to bad about an hour or half after i wore the glasses repeatedly 3 different glasses, too and I felt dizzy. it scared the sht outta me. When i woke up in the morning, which is now I dont feel dizzy but im still worried it wil affect and still cause me to be dizzy. jst want sum info on that and if its possible.Yeah, Edward... Should I get single vision glasses or progressive lenses.?
Okay i went to the eye DR yesterday. He said that i have farsightedness. and suggested reading glasses i have always been suggested reading glasses. But then he told me i needed progressive of bifocal lenses. I have 20 25 in L eye and 20 20 in R eye I thought bifocals were for older people no offense he said that since i am a nurse and my need changes from near to distance it would be better for me to get progressive lenses the top being hardly any correction and the bottom being more like reading glasses. The alternative would be reading glasses single vision that I would have to take off or move to walk...does anyone here have progressive lenses just as reading glasses?

I have this problem where I can't see text on the computer and find myself leaning on the desk and like 10 inches next to the screen and it strains my eyes and i move back like a minute after. Its sort of like a habit once in a while to do that. I'm prescribed with glasses but i don't really wear them, only once in a while. Does it ruin you're vision if you let it strain like that? Does your vision get worse?What happens if you don't wear your glasses because I don't really need them, only sometimes if i have to read small text
