My husband does small jobs to help supplement our income. today i got a eye examination for contacts. but i only got about 7 7.5 hours of sleep last night so i was kinda tired. would taht cause a totally inaccurate eye exam result??or would the results be the same as if i had gotten enough rest and wasnt tired

ok so i turned 19 last year so i no longer have health insurance, thank you stupid government anyways i have been noticing that my vision has been getting bad becuase everytime i go to lectures in school in a huge class or if im in the back room i can really read the small letters in the power points. and i have noticed that i cant read what signs say on the road until i get very close to it.anyways i was looking into walmart and they offer vision check ups at their stores near where i live and i heard its like only $50 or so to get your eyes check and then you buy the glasses.so does anyone know what i can do? im really worried about this, i havent gone to a check up since i was like 15. when is Obama's healthcare kicking on? cuz getting a simple eye check is ridiculous

since the board with the letters are far away, does it accurately evaluate the level of severity especcially when some people are near sighted and others are far sighted? As in a person who can only see far might get a perfect 'score'? Could anyone explain this to me? Thanks XD
