Is it legal for an optometrist/vision care provider to sell you more contact lenses than the amount needed?
I had a check up in November, which means my vision prescription will expire in about six months. Last week I accidentally bought a year's supply of contacts, which I obviously don't need. Can I return half the amount I bought as long as they're not opened? They're Acuvue Oasis lenses. I'm supposed to pick it up at the Vision Center at Wal Mart but want to know what to say before I go.

He can still do his school work, but he's already bumped into a few things, as a result. His depth perception and ability to judge distance accurately, if it's more then a couple feet away, are easily mis judged. i have eyemed vision care, and i wanted to get colored contacts preferably acuvue natural touch baby blue . i called the company, but it was an automatic voice that didnt mention anything about colored contacts. i went to their website, but it doesnt say there either. so does anyone know what is the price of colored contacts with eyemed vision care? thanks D

Im sure it is, but most of the time the dental and vision care portion of the plan sucks. Is it smarter to get them seperatly even if you think you have perfect teeth and vision.
EyeMed vision care: what does it mean when it says Member Cost is "balance over $115"?
This is for disposable contacts. Does this mean the insurance will pay for contact lens if the balance is less than $115? Just want to make sure I understand this correctly before going off and making an appointment.

Vision care OR accessorizing?
WHY with something as critical as proper vision on the agenda, do most vision care facilities place so much importance on the aesthetic aspects of corrective eye wear? I went for a eye exam the other day and they spent more time with me on the sales floor than they did examining my eyes. I ended up going to another outlet and having lenses ordered for a pair of frames I already had in my possession.
Is the Wal-Mart Vision Care Center any good?
