Sclera Contact Lenses

How do I keep my sclera contact lenses from being itchy and annoying and painful?
I have full black sclera lenses, and they're great because I work at a haunted house during October. However, about two hours into my shift, they start getting itchy, and then rediculously annoying and painful. Is there any help out there, or will I have to suffer in silence?

If I buy black sclera contact lenses, how long will they last?
Please give an estimation of how long if I just use them once a year or once a month

i'm tying to find a pair of Sclera contacts that are reasonably priced and still safe, i found some at costalcontacts.com for $134.99 and it said they were FDA approved and had lots of good reviews, then i found some at lensmart.com for $127.99 but it didnt say anything, i was wondering, how can you tell if you buy the right ones? i dont want the dye to bleed into my eyes, where should you get them?
