Computer screen settings for safer eyes?
in my picture options for screen settiings, i find an option regarding gamma settings apart from brightness and contrast.Gamma settings have 3 options 50 0 of 50what type should i select to keep my eyes safe and healthy regardless quality of image.....also, should i keep my screen below a tubelight or just opposite to it, or in any other way.....kindly suggest me the best way so dat i can keep my eyes safe.Thanks
