Do semi-rimless eyeglasses last long?
i had a glasses with the regular rim, one of the glass fall out of the rim, i was able to put it back.but for those semi rimless eyeglasses, if one piece falls out, i imagine it won't be easy to glue it back on.so do they last long as the regular glasses? thanks.

" Drillmounts" and i would like some feedback on weather you generally agree with my characteristics of this type of frame and what your personal opinion is about this type of frame Pros 1.Very Stylish type of frame probally the most stylish type of frame in my opinion 2.They give you a look of " invisibillity" like your not wearing glasses at all Cons 1.Depending on the brand who made the frame, they can be a bit pricey.2.Extremely fragile,so they require EXTREME care no accidental sleeping in them, or accidental dropping of the frame 3.Even with adequate care the screws tend to come loose after a while, so you will have to occasionally take them back to the place you brought them from and get the screws re tightend

The length of the anti reflective coating chip is about 2 millimeters and the thickness of the chip is literally hairline but I am afraid that if I don't fix it sooner, it will start peeling away and make it larger. since the glasses are held by thin nylon wire. i am sure that the wire won't last forever. once it breaks, there is no way that you can put the glasses back in the socket again.with the regular rim glasses, if the glasses fall out, i can at least put them back in the socket.so i wonder how long those semi rimless eyeglasses will last?thanks.
