Hey all,this is my first post question.What is the cheapest source for a set of prescription lenses for my Ray Ban sunglasses?I have my prescription on hand, ready to send to the company, etc.I don't need anything fancy for the lenses, no polarization, etc just tinted dark lenses that will keep sun out.Thank you much
For people who own prescription ray-ban sunglasses. do they always remove the "ray-ban" logo on the lens?
I bought a pair of ray ban prescription sunglasses. Ray bans are known for having the name printed on one lens in the upper right hand corner. When they gave me the glasses back, the name wasn't there. Obviously because they put in new lenses? Name brands don't mean a thing to me so it wasn't a problem...I just liked them because they fit my small face....but I thought it was weird since the majority of people pay all this money for " designer" glasses, then they take the name off the lens.sorry about calling them designer...you can tell I don't buy expensive things...anything over $50 I call designer

I watched a documentary on PBS,60 minutes or one of those type programs 5 10 years ago and countless families who were touched by Autism who now live in various parts of the US from coast to coast and border to border ALL had previous generations who lived within a few miles of a Ray Ban plant and it was in the NE,maybe Illinois but not sure,but I'm wondering if anyone knows what I'm talking about and if so what was that program on and how can I access it again?
Can I buy RXable Ray Ban sunglasses and go to Costco and put prescription lenses in them?
I know that Oakley prescription sunglasses only allow Oakley to make the prescription lenses and am wondering if Ray Ban is the same. Thanks
