Are proclear contacts more expensive than acuvue 2?
The place where I am getting my contacts is pushing contacts like Biofinity and Proclear on me when I normally use acuvue 2, they stated that they have a flat rate for contacts regardless of which one I pick. They already charged me long story they are the only 1's in town I can go to with my ins. so I am wondering if they really are compatable prices or they just want me to pick the more expensive one in order not to have to refund me. They are very unethical people to begin with they tried overcharging me for my glasses stated that my ins. wldn't cover it and when the ins. called them on it they stated they didn't know how to bill it correctly, although they are one of the ins. doctors. Someone know if most contacts really are the same price or are they trying to rip me off again?

I currently wear coopervision frequency 55 toric lenses. I have done for around 4 years, I have kept with these as I have a lazy eye which these correct however I'm just wandering if anyone has had any experience with these and or other lenses that they can compare them to comfort wise as I often get dry itchy eyes.I took the b & l purevision continuous torics on trial and comfort wise theyre amazing, but things are often blurred at a distance causing me to squint to focus in, which isnt very nice cosmetically. So i've decided he best thing to do is stick with coopervisionMy opticians specsavers only sell Frequency 55, the b & l continuous purevision and coopervision proclear in my current contact prescription which is... POWER BC CYL AXISL 6.00 8.7 0.75 120.00R 6.00 8.7 0.75 20.00However i've also seen vertex, biomedics,and preference torics on the market, which are offered in this prescription, anybody got any experience advice? thanks
What is the difference between proclear contacts and the proclear compatables they are both made?
by coppervision and the compatables are cheaper so is there any difference???????

at the moment i am using Proclear Toric Monthly contact lenses, i was wandering if i could get proclear daily lenses but im not sure if the toric is the monthly name for the proclear or waht it is. can anyone help me by telling me if there are any daily proclear lenses?
Are there contact brands that don't irritate your eyes so much.. ive triend acuvue 2 and proclear?
ive tried acuvue2 contacts and proclear contacts and when ever i wear them my eyes will get red any part that was white will become red in a couple of hours and stay for days.are there any brands that will not irritate the eyes as much for people with sensitive eyes like me?

Proclear Toric VS Purevision Toric VS night and day?
I hear proclear toric lenses are the best for dry eyes, and carry a FDA label saying they do as well. But I have seen Purevision toric lenses are popular as well. I have very dry eyes, and I currently use Biomedics55 premier lenses which dry out throughout the day. I need to switch to a better lens for dry eyes. Which one of these is better? and have any other suggestions for dry eye contacts?Also what is the difference between Toric, and Toric XR? I see the XR's are more expensive. Are they better quality or something? or are they for a specific issue?
