Whats the least expensive way to purchase prescription eyeglasses?
Would it be thru Walmart? Lensecrafters? or someplace else?Or maybe getting a prescription and sending it someplace else that's cheaper to have them fill it?
What would be the details I put in for prescription eyeglasses, for someone who doesn't have bad vision?
So I am ordering glasses from Zenni Optical that are prescription, and my friend wanted to get a pair too so I thought I'd get them a pair too so I could save on shipping. But they don't wear glasses, it's just for cosmetic purposes. So, is it possible to do this? What prescription would I have to input to make it not do anything at all?

I got a new prescription for glasses, but I'm not new to glasses because I've had them before. I think the prescription is a little too strong, but it's too soon to tell. I am going to go back to the eye place, but the soonest I can go is Monday and today is Friday. The glasses are making my eyes feel funny and are making them hurt a little, and things close up are not as clear. What should I do to soothe my eyes in the meantime? Thanks.

I went to the optometrist yesterday and found my prescription had changed a couple of powers, so I bought a new pair of eyeglasses. When I tried them on at the doctor's, I thought they looked really nice but of course I was looking through plain glass, not a prescription lens. When I got them today...YIKES They are completely awful. They really just make me look terrible and I'm kind of upset about it.I'm going to call them tomorrow and ask if there's any way I can get different, MUCH smaller frames. I know that since it's for a reason unrelated to the actual quality of the glasses, that might get tricky...but if I get glasses that are smaller, is it possible for the optometrist to cut the lenses down to fit those frames?I know I probably can't take them back, but I absolutely hate these glasses...I will not be wearing them...and I hate to shell out another $200 for different frames when I just barely bought these.
