What types of prescription eyeglasses can be worn to LTC?
I'm going to the Army's ROTC " Leadership Training Course" this summer. I've notice in some videos of LTC that people are wearing safety glasses with the prescriptions inside it. Are there alternatives to " BC" glasses to wear the entire time?

my scrip issph 2.50 cyl 1.25 axis 090sph 1.25 cyl 0.75 axis 090now i just got my first eyeglasses and when wearing them i have a slight 3d effect and my right is blurry when both eyes are open but if close the left after a second my right focuses and sees fine and the left eye when both are open sees fine and when i close the right and open left no difference so only my right blurs when both are open. now, i can read things better but my vision is weird and right blurred is this normal....will they adjust and blurring stop? and will the slight 3d effect go away. also with the burring and 3d effect the blurred image of the sometimes when looking through the top or bottom edge of the lenses causes a sort of double image one clear for left eye and blurred for the right will this stop as well?

I went to the optometrist yesterday and found my prescription had changed a couple of powers, so I bought a new pair of eyeglasses. When I tried them on at the doctor's, I thought they looked really nice but of course I was looking through plain glass, not a prescription lens. When I got them today...YIKES They are completely awful. They really just make me look terrible and I'm kind of upset about it.I'm going to call them tomorrow and ask if there's any way I can get different, MUCH smaller frames. I know that since it's for a reason unrelated to the actual quality of the glasses, that might get tricky...but if I get glasses that are smaller, is it possible for the optometrist to cut the lenses down to fit those frames?I know I probably can't take them back, but I absolutely hate these glasses...I will not be wearing them...and I hate to shell out another $200 for different frames when I just barely bought these.
