Are there contact lenses available for people with presbyopia who have otherwise-normal vision?
I'd like to ditch my glasses for contact lenses that pretty well says it all. I need something that will allow me to see at varying distances i.e., a book in my lap, a computer screen, and ordinary distance viewing for just walking around and driving. Do such contact lenses exist?Any and all information greatly appreciated
Colored contacts for normal vision.?
where can you buy colored contacts that are not prescriptive. that has no vision corrections just normal ones.when it was my birthday my friend bought be colored contacts for a gift. with no precription or anything they didnt need to check your eyes. i want to know where to buy them. and if you say ask your friend i cant because i cant get a hold of her.
Person with normal vision looking through convex lens?
If somebody with perfect vision looked through convex glasses, would they see things as if they were short sighted? And if someone looked through concave glasses, would they see things as if they were far sighted?

Has anyone ever been diagnosed with optic neuritis and if so did you regain back your normal vision.?
I was diagnosed with optic neuritis about a month ago. It causes swelling of the optic nerve in the back of the eye which causes vision loss and distortion. This is rare and can be a symptom of multiple sclerosis but my brain MRI was negative for that. I was also tested for all kinds of viral and bacterial infections which also came back negative. My main concern at this time is regaining back my normal vision. If anyone has ever been diagnosed with ON I would like to know the outcome. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Upon reopening my eyes from sleep, I see all green,it fades normal vision returns what is this?
Upon reopening my eyes after sleeping I will see everything in eithe purple or like a greenish colorwhich fades after a few seconds and vision is normal again. This has happened at least 4 times in the last few days. what is causing this? I have never had eye problems and do not have diabetes. I'm 38.
