If the answer is bifocal contacts then which brand is the best?

I'm wearing mono vision lens because I'm getting older. I have trouble with oncoming car and street lights,?
they are sometimes so bright. Any suggestions for this problem? Does everyone take them out to drive at night and put them back in at home if needed? I really do love my mono lens, it just takes a few weeks to get used to them.Thank you.

Will I ever get used to mono vision Lasik surgery?
I had lasik eye surgery about 3 wks ago, I still am not adjusting to it very well, especially at night while driving. I feel I am a hazard on the road Can anyone give me some hope that I will eventually get used to it? Let me know of your experiences with this problem.
Anyone with experience with mono-vision?
Doe anyone have any experience with something called " mono vision" ? My eye doctor suggested I give it a try, rather than wear bi focal glasses, and I get headaches and my vision isn't as clear as I think it should be.I understand that a new prescription will take a little while to get used to, but this is horrible.I am just wondering if anyone else has had experience with this. For those who don't know, mono vision, in a nutshell, is a process where one eye is set to focus at a distance and the other is set to focus close up leaving your brain to decide which eye it is going to use to its best advantage.
Mono vision @ -2.50 what happens when it gets beyond this level?
I'm a 45 years old contact lense wearer and my contacts are 3 and 2.50. This year my optician suggested mono vision as I was having problems with small print and reduced my prescription by 1.50 in one eye. I can already tell that the close up vision is not as good as it was when I first started the mono vision exercise. My question is what happens if my near prescription gets more than 2.50, will I still be able to do monovision? I really don't want to have to wear reading glasses the reason I wear contacts is because I'd rather not wear glasses afterall. Is this normal for someone of my age and is there an average 'add' for someone of 45 years of age? Thanks
Does anyone know what is mono-vision and why some people get it?
I just got new eyeglasses, i have mono-vision, but it still is blury for reading, does it take time to adjust?
