Where can I find an optometrist in Virginia that take medicaid to provide children's eyeglasses?
My daughter just went to an optometrist who says she needs glasses to read. She needs to wear them all throughout school, but he didn't provide glasses paid by medicaid. Just exams. I've called all kinds of eyewear places but I'm having no luck. Please help. I can't afford $100 150 for glasses right now.

i want specific dimensions for my contacts which are less than what they tend to prescribe. This is what i want. If i don't wear contact at all i cant see almost anything at all But most of them tend to prescribe extra stuff, like astigmatism additions, which bothers me when i wear it, and i mentioned it to different optometrists a number of times, to only hear " it s good for you" . I don t want it. I want specific measurements to be prescribed to me, and i am the customer. Going without prescriptions for years and wearing friends contacts because of the optometrists being so reluctant. Are there any optometrists in the US who can prescribe to me what i want, or do i have to go out of country to get what i want?thank u pac, its MY eyes, and not the doctor's. decision should be mine.
