Could I damage my eyes if I keep taking my glasses off and on constantly?
I am short sighted and got my first pair of glasses yesterday. But in class to see the board I will need them on, but when looking down to write I can still see clearly with on but also clearly without them. However as they are really for long distances surely I shouldn't be wearing them when reading or writing. But when I'm taking them off my eyes feel strange I don't know if its cause I'm new to them and not use to them, but could it irritate my eyes refocusing constantly with and without glasses? Also it's kinda annoying removing them all the time.
My eyes are blood shot and hurt when i blink?
Is there a reason for this? Thank you.
Why do my eyes water when i put on contacts and it burns?
So I am new to contacts. I got them last monday and when i had to put them on it was fine it didn't sting or made my eyes water. But that night when I tried taking my left contact out I had to trouble so it about 15 minutes to take it out. Then I noticed how red my left eye was. So I just shrugged it off since maybe its only because its my first day wearing them. But whenever i put in my contacts now my eye would burn and get all watery. But, a few minutes after I will be fine. Also, whenever I take out my contacts I unconsciously always rub my eyes for some reason. As if I feel discomfort or something. When I take the lens out of the case I'll put solution in it to clean it on the palm of my hand. After ill dump out the solution from the lens case and rinse it with solution and let it air dry since i read that you should air dry on the solution box. Can the problem be the solution? or something else because the solution they had in the office was alright on my eye. The solution they gave me with the week trial is Op ti free pure moist. Another question, when I'm in class and I look at the board I can make out the words but its not clear could it be my prescription? anyways thanks

Why am i able to dilate my eyes when i want?
i can be in the same lighting and dilate my eyes if i want. my friends always get a kick out of it, they ask me how i do it, but i don't really know why i'm able to do it.

I've had it for as long as I know but sometimes I have a red ring aswell. So sometimes I have green outer , then yellow, then occasionally red. Could this have anything to do with my colour blindness, and none of my family have it either?
Why do my eyes and nose sting when I'm in the shower?
When I'm in the shower and washing my hair, my eyes and my nose start to sting. The first one or two times it happened I thought I just got shampoo or something in my eyes because they were stinging. But its been happening every time I get a shower and I can't do anything to make it stop. When I get out it stops and I'm fine. Could this be an allergic reaction to the shampoo or conditioner that I use? What's wrong with me?

Hello, I am a 15 year old girl. And my problem is that I get very very nervous when all eyes are on me, for e.g. when I am late and walk in the class all by myself or if I have to present in front of the whole class or when I am around new people this causes me to shake a lot, like every part of my body starts to shake and I can feel my self getting really warm and I can feel my blood rushing and my heart starts to pound so hard. It is so embarrassing. Is there any kind of solution for this problem? Like any kind of pills, anything?

I have been having eye problems...?
Well, I can see very well, I can read small text from far away, I have never worn glasses or contacts, so my eyes are not bad or anything, but lately the past 3 4 months Almost twice a day my eyes will randomly black out and will not be able to see anything for about 10 seconds and then my vision will slowly fade back in, I just want to know if this is something I should get checked out. I do not want to be stuck without my eyes for an hour, or even forever.
Can minor pokes in the eye lead to damage?
I've been poked in both eyes in the past week, and the associated watering, pain and redness was gone in less then 24 hours. But I was wondering what sort of damage comes from minor poking. Will it lead to something later on? Does it weaken the eyes?Please no hysterics or fear inducing kind of comments. I haven't gone to the doctors but my sister in law is and has looked at both said I was fine . I was just merely curious.
