Question: Has anyone ever improved their eye sight naturally (eye exercises)?

Has anyone ever done it? how long did it take? Can someone say how to and how long to do it a day?

Anyone who tells you they can do exercises and improve their vision is flat-out lying to you. There is no way to improve vision by manipulating the visual system. The reason for this is the fact that our eyes are merely the messenger of sight. We see with our brains.

Yeah, I don't think you can improve vision with eye exercises either. For example, a lot of vision problems are due to the actual shape of the eye, as with astigmatism, etc. "Exercising " the eye surely wouldn't change that. Also, being deficient in certain nutrients can hinder vision, and supplementing your diet with those can help improve your eyesight, and that would probably be one of the only "natural " ways to improve eyesight.
