Question: Do eyes exercises actually work?

Just wondering does anyone know if these eye excercises actually improve vision?

Yes. Not drastically (like laser eye surgery) but I have a friend who wore glasses. He got sick of them and did eye exercises and now he only needs glasses when he has to read tiny print.

Hell no. Vision accuteness is determined by the shape of the eye, not by how "fit " the muscles surrounding the eye are.

My mom used to work at a place that worked on eyes with excersises and it does work. It doesn't work out just the muscles. My vision improved alot, but I would get upset as a kid, because she would treat my eye exercises like homework every single day!! There may be some that work better than others though.

I'm not sure which eye exercises you're talking about. but the way your eye focuses involves three things: the muscles, the lens, and the shape of the eye itself. if your eye is football shaped(astigmatism) or the lens is cloudy (cataract), no amount of muscle toning will help the eye focus better.
