Question: Can eyesight b improved by doing eye exercises?

I have 1.0 & 0.75 power in my right n left eyes respectively. I've heard Baba Ramdev claiming that his eye exercises can cure all types of vision problems n one can throw away spectacles by doing them. is it true? can someone give me link to sites which teach such exercises?

Yes it helps. Exercise the eyes by reading. This is the best form of exercise to help strengthen your eyes.

Yes, exercises followed by the diet with good nutrition values (specially with Vitamins A) & better reading/ working habits definitely improves the Eye Sight.

This claim of improved vision using eye exercises is limited in its merit. You may experience improved vision on a very temporary basis. However I don't think that you should count on a long-term effect arising out of exercises.
