Can dry eyes cause headache on on side of the head, especially during winter ?
This is the 3rd time in the winter it happens to me. During other seasons of the year, its rare for me to have a headache. And now since its colder, my eyes get dry a lot because of the weather. But i also get this pressure behind my eyes, and sometimes a headache on one side, but its not like a really bad headache. its very manageable. Its not like I have to go to bad. But its like a mild headache. sometimes I don't get anything, but my eyes tend to be dry. I was wondering, can the dryness in my eyes cause mild headaches ?...
Is it possible to stay up for 3 days straight if you have dry eyes ?

I have horrible dry eyes?
I haven't used glasses in well over three years. Instead I wear contacts. I used to not be able to fall asleep in them until about a year ago because i would wake up with my eyes burning and watering. I now get the kind i can sleep in. I haven't had a problem with dry eyes in my entire life until now. I lost my contact lenses about four months ago and my mom is too lazy to get me another pair so I have been wearing my new spare glasses. Ever since i stopped wearing contacts I have had unbearable dry eyes. It's absolutely horrible and nothing works not even putting drops of contact solution in my eyes. It only happened when i stopped wearing contacts. I also changed eye doctors recently but it was a good thing it turned out my old eye doctor wasn't doing even half the tests he was supposed to do. He was supposed to measure my eye to make my contacts fit better and that hadn't been done since 6th grade when i started wearing contacts and he was supposed to test me for something where a tissue in my eye might tear, which it turns out I have. What can I do It is really making me suffer.

Dry mouth, dry eyes, frequent urination?
I'm a 19 year old female and since about August, I've noticed that I've been urinating much more frequently. About 6 7 times per day. I wear contacts and I've also noticed since around August, my eyes have been SO dry. it's unbearable. i've been wearing contacts for 4 years and i've never had any problems before. and i've also had a really dry mouth. i'm constantly thirsty. i keep thinking things will get better, but i feel like it's only getting worse. are these symptoms of something serious?
How to prevent dry eyes?
Okay so i had a swollen cornea and its gone, my eye doctor told me the cause of this it was because my contacts dry out and start to rub my eye something like that, so now she told me i have to put lubricant eye drops every 2 3 hours to prevent dry eyes, I really don't wanna carry that little bottle with me everywhere I go cause it seems annoying, is there anyway to go throughout the day without my eye drying?
