Who makes monthly disposable contacts in 14.5 diameter?
My soft contacts are discontinued so I need to go to disposables but have a diameter of 14.5 and two different base curves, 8.6 and 8.9. Am looking for a company who makes either monthly or weekly disposables.
Is it bad to keep disposable contacts in for a few days?
I'm at my Grandmas house for a few days and I forgot to bring extra contacts or glasses. Is it okay I'd I keep my one day contacts in until I get back home? Otherwise I won't be able to see and thats really frustrating. Just trying to make sure I wont go blind. Also, I can't take them out when I sleep because A. They sometimes rip when I take them out since they're so thin and B. I don't have the solution or anything.
How do I know what daily disposable contacts to buy?
I usually order my prescription from my eye doctor, but I can only do so in bulk, and that doesn't fit into my budget at the moment. My prescription is 8.5 in each eye. Do daily disposable contacts come in that kind of prescription? I only need them for parties raves where I'm wearing a mask and cant put my glasses on or under it.

I have really dry eyes, and have tried 2 week and monthly lenses, but they still have my eyes feeling dry after a few hours of use. I heard that daily would help, less dry, etc..My question is, though, if I were to buy daily use contacts for every day use, how much more money would I be spending compared to 2 week lenses or monthly lenses? I know it's more because of the sheer amount I'd be buying, but is it THAT much more?Thanks for any help

How Long can i ACTUALLY wear my daily disposable contacts? wink*?
So i've worn dailies for a few months now and it feels like such a waste, so i extended the wear duration to two days, then a week, then two weeks and it seems like nothing happened and it felt perfectly fine of course i soak and rub in solution everynight So is it safe to do that? Cause im really thinking this daily disposable thing is a marketing scam. $2 bucks a day...
For daily disposable contacts, we don't need saline/eyedrops?
Well, so I just bought daily acuvue disposable contacts today and I have to wear it tomorrow for an event.... I have worn hard lens a few years back and I recall that I had to put a drop of eyedrop saline can't remember which before inserting it into my eyes. However, it's not the case for daily contact lenses right?The optician told me that I did not have to buy anything i.e. saline apart from the lenses, unlike monthly contact lenses. But I did not get to try it on because the optometrist was not there...Could someone advise on how I should wear them? > < THANKS
How long can I wear my disposable contacts?
I have 2 week disposable contacts and I opened them 5 days ago, but I only wore them once. Do I have to throw them away 2 weeks after I open them or do I thow them away after I've worn them for 14 days?

Can I wear my daily disposable contact lenses to the beach?
I will be going to the beach and to a water park later this week. I cant see at all without glasses or contacts, but I am afraid I will lose or break my glasses. So if I wear daily disposable contacts and throw them away right after being at the beach, and change them after washing my hands, will it be okay?
