Can I buy contact lenses on line without a recent eye exam?
My doc wants $50 for a special " contact exam" which my insurance won't pay for and money's a little tight right now.

Looking to save money. And there's some good deals for contacts on line. Seems like VisionDirect.com and Walgreens.com are the cheapest just because they offer 20 % off my purchase and free shipping. And cheaper per box than my eye doc.I'm just worried about ordering from an on line place. I've read a few not so great reviews of VisionDirect. Are they safe? Same contacts that I'd get from my doc?
