I need eyeglasses with bifocal lenses. where can i find reliable shop to buy that glasses online?
In lieu of bifocal lenses my surgeon suggests one of each in cataract surgery will this work?
I am 74 years old and have worn bifocal glasses for 36 years, I have cataracts in both eyes and am having surgery. I do not wish to spend $6000 for the bifocal lenses so the surgeon strongly recommends putting a distance lens in one eye and a reading lens in the other. I worry it won't work and once it is done, it is done. Has anyone had this done and how did it work?
I'm 14 and have bifocal glasses. And heard it's not normal for kids my age to have bifocal lenses. ?

i have a friend who is16 and she wants bifocal lenses. she currently has reading glasses and it annoys her and she often forgets to take them off when she looks away from the screen or page of a book mag etc. She would like to know if its okay to get a pair of bifocals with NO CORRECTION in the top section of the lens and hr reading prescription in the bottom part? Would this be damaging for her? if so why?thanks
