What are the best contact lenses for people with astigmatism that won't dry out my eyes?
I have already tried Acuvue with hydraclear for astigmatism, they were the worst contacts i have ever tried.HELP i'm tired of my glasses and i can't afford lasik...well, i'm not even a good candidate anyway.

I was using Acuvue 2 and they are no good. At least for me I had problems with them. And I wanted to know if anyone has found decent contact lenses that you can wear all day without drying your eyes out.

Best contact lenses?
I went to the optician today and I need to get glasses, but I hope to mainly use contact lenses. I've ordered some glasses for now, and to have as a stand by, but I'm planning to sort out contact lenses sometime in the next couple of weeks.Obviously, there are loads of different kinds, and I don't know anything about them I'm interested in the 30 day ones, where you put them in and just leave them for a month, sleep in them and everything. Has anyone used these, and are they good? What are the best type of lenses in your opinion? I'm with specsavers opticians by the way.

My eyes are very dry, my eye doctor advised against them. But I have had nothing but problems with eyeglasses and frames. An optician told me there are newer lenses that I can maybe wear.

In 2008 I had a bad infection from my contacts ever since the infection i was never able to wear contacts again. it's been 3 years wearing glasses, and i want to wear contacts again. My eyes are very dry, also sensitive. Whenever i wore contacts in a half an hour my eyes would be blood shot red cause of how irritated my eyes were. I'm heading to the eye doctor very soon and i would like to get a free trial on some contacts. I just don't know what brand to look for. I had toric & acuvue.

What are the best contacts lenses for nearsightedness?
Im currently using Focus monthly. For some reason, i dont like them so much. They break easily and find myself replacing them often than the older ones i had . The ones i used used to be called 'CHOICE' by ciba vision. they no longer make those and were thick and long lasting, even if they were monthlies. Does anyone have good suggestions for good durable reliable contact lenses, monthly ones? thanks.
