Questions about astigmatism eyes and contacts.?
Hey everybody Last year I went and got my eyes checked. The guy said I have astigmatism. He gave me a trial pair non astigmatism contacts to tryout before the real thing. They felt fantastic. No irritation no bother whatsoever. It was CLEAR and my vision NEVER blurred out once I have my eyes focus long on something. And then my NEW contacts came in, this time they were astigmatism contacts while the trial pair were just regular contacts. The trial pair were perfect circle, these were weird shape eyed contacts. And Once I put the astigmatism contacts in, I when I would shift shift my eyes left and right, the far left side or the right far left side would be blurry because of the shape. I would look in the mirror and the astigmatism contacts would look TOO big for my eye, like really WEIRD while the other trial regular contacts looked perfect fit for my eye. The astigmatism hurt my eyes, they are not comfortable, they dry out quickly. I want new contacts. Do you think I have astigmatism or my doctor was just trying to get me to pay more money? because 6 8 months before that I went to another doctor, I did not have astigmatism he said, he just said i was light sensitive. The guy who said I had astigmatism was at this small looking store with two people working. Any non astigmatism contacts that are perfect that can make my eyes breath and never get dry that is ultra crisp that I can sleep with? I heard of 02 OPTIX, my girlfriend has it, she loves it, SHE has astigmatism and she wears none 02 OPTIX contacts that let her see crisp. I want none astigmatism contacts.. is it possible?... I have regular contacts and they are not for astigmatism eyes. ?
My eyes according to the doctor are slightly astigmatized or however you would say it, but i can see better with my glasses than i can with my brand new contacts. Do i need contacts ment for astigmatisms or will it take time because i wore them for 7 hours today? Also how much more do the astigmatism contacts cost more than regular ones?
I have a slight astigmatism in my eyes and i dont have contacts for astigmatism eyes. What should i do.?
My doctor said that i have a slight astigmatism to my eye so it wouldnt be much of a problem to it but i still cant see that well as i could with my glasses. She also said it would take a couple of days but any suggestions.
