Are acuvue advance contact lenses monthly?
the optician told me that they're monthly but I read on the net by few sources that they are 2 weeks disposable.. how long should I wear them

What are people's experiences with acuvue advance contact lenses?
I'm supposed to be trying out the advance contacts for astigmatism by acuvue, just wondered if they were any good.. Anyone's experiences with these lenses?

Best cleaning solution to use with Acuvue Advance contact lenses?
I just got my new contacts Acuvue Advance with hydraclear, they are 2 week disposables. My eye doctor gave me a sample cleaning solution Complete it was called with my trial lenses but I don't think I like it. It burns when I first put my lenses into my eyes after soaking them in it and it doesn't seem to clean them as well as it could, I need to rub them alot to get them clean even after a night of soaking. I was wondering if anyone else that uses this same type of lenses could recommend a better cleaning solution? Thanks in advance

Acuvue advance contact lenses?
I have been using acuvue advance leses for astigmatism for a few months. I used to use the acuvue toric lens. What really bothers me about these lenses, is that I wear them maybe 4 5 days a week for maybe 8 10 hrs , because I want to stretch them out a bit, like I've always done with disposables, but the things only seem to be good for about 7 wears, then they get really foggy and, splotchy. I've tried the opti free solution, solo care, and renu all the advanced solutions , and it seems to make no difference. What am I doing wrong?

Whats better Acuvue 2 or Acuvue Advanced contact lenses?
Have you used any of them? Which one do you like better? Because the doctor gave me this new sample and everytime when I try to take out my Acuve Advanced with hydroclear lenses, I have hard time taking it off, but Acuve 2 which I used to wear is easier to take them out from my eyes. Which one should I get? And do you think I'm having hard time taking the lenses out because the fit size isn't right?

i use acuvue 2s right now and my optometrist is pushing me to use acuvue advanced, i have a trial pair and i dont like them that much, they seem to halo a lot at night and arent anymore comfortable than the acuvue 2s. is this just me im not use to them or anyone else have the same experience?

A month ago, my doc suggested for me to try the Acuvue Oasys and Acuvue Advance contact lenses cause it's more
breathable. Ever since then, I have dry eyes and it's really red. He said it's just dry eyes. He told me to use those lubricating eye drops for a week and my eyes hasn't got better and it's red and inflamed. He prescribed Alrex but Alrex gave me a headache and nauseous so he tapered it off and stopped using it after a week. He said its probably dust mite that's irritating my eyes and told me to get anti dust mite pillow cases. I still have red eye, specially in the morning. What's wrong with my eyes? It frustrating and I feel like there's no hope. What should i do?

Compare Acuvue Advance Contact Lenses to other brands (school project)?
In forensics, i am doing a sales speech on acuvue advance contact lenses, i'm a wearer myself and i enjoy them, but i have never tried other brands, so i can't compare. Any feedback on these lenses how you like them, how they compare to other brands would be appreciated. I'd like to have at least 10 answers by tomorrow, because that is when my class is. Thanks

What solution do YOU use for Acuvue Advance contact lenses?
So, the solution I use is wildly popular around here and I cannot get my hands on it. The eye care professional said I could use another type of solution, however, my problem is my mother talked to them and all she could remember was " ReNu." She recalls they named off others, but she doesn't remember the names, and I want to know all the options because I read a review that said someone didn't like using ReNu with these types of lenses.So I ask What solutions are compatible with the lenses. I figured some input from other sources, preferably those who use these type of lenses, would be of some assistance. Thank you for your time.
