I am a student and have to use my pocket money to buy contacts.Can i use my 1 day acuvue contact lens for 2 3 days? like wear one pair from monday to wednesday and another pair for thursday and friday and another one for the weekend? if i soak and clean every day is this ok?
For the 1 day acuvue contacts, if i drop a contact lense in the sink can I place it back into the solution?

Alternatives to 1-Day Acuvue Moist?
I have myopia, I have been wearing lenses for one month actually, and I've used the 1 Day Acuvue Moist which were really good, and I wanted to find Bi weekly contacts, so I told my optometrist and he gave me CooperVision's Avaira, which have the same dimensions of the 1 day acuvue moist 8.5 BC, 14.2 mm DIA , I tried them on, they were good but I could feel them in my eyes, there was a friction with my eyelids not too much but I could feel it . Will I get used to it or will I have to change my contacts? Do you know any other BiWeekly Monthly alternatives?Thanks you
Can I wear my 1-Day Acuvue Moist more then one day?
For $60 for a month's supply, I'd like to make them stretch as long as I can. Therefore, can I wear them more then one day if I soak them? My Dr. said that it isn't the best idea, but I couldn't get an answer out as to why it isn't a good idea...
1-DAY ACUVUE MOIST FEEL STRONG?
I recently started wearing contract lenses.. so far they have been great. My Dr for the first week let me try the CIBA dailies which were okay, although not the most comfortable thing.He then gave me the 1 DAY ACUVUE MOIST with the same perscription 1.50 . For some reason the ACUVUE 1 day Moist feel much stronger then the CIBA Dailies. When checked again it apparently had me overcorrected a tad. My question is why the CIBA dailies felt fine and why with the 1 DAY ACUVUE MOIST I cant see anything close up without focusing although distance is phenomenal . The only difference is the BC on the dailies is 8.7 and the BC on the ACUVUE is 8.5. I had to order 1.25 perscription in order to not have any issues.Please let me know what could cause this, I though all brands had the same stated power.thanks
Do they make 1-Day Acuvue contacts for astigmatism?
I have really bad eyes. I've been looking for contacts that let in LOTS of oxygen but stay moist. It can't irritate my eyes. The 1 Day contacts sound perfect, but I have an astigmatism. Do they make contacts that you only wear for one day with an astigmatism?
Acuvue 2 vs. Acuvue Advance vs. 1-day Acuvue?
Which of these let the most oxygen into the cornea? If anyone knows the dk value that would be good too. And is there a difference between acuvue advance and oasys because i currently have oasys and they aren't working good for me.
